Hello TVK, Sarah here bringing in my third character. Clearly we need some mad scientist awesomeness!

This is Rintarō Okabe a.k.a the great mad scientist Hououin Kyouma from Steins;Gate. Which is a VN created by 5pb and Nitro+, you know the people who created Chaos;Head and Madoka. Okabe is being taken from near the middle of ep 22 of the anime, which is like chp 10 of the VN and Kurisu's route ending.

Just some things to note

- He will almost always introduce him self as Hououin Kyouma
- He drinks a lot of Dr. Peper
- Engrish, Engrish everywhere
- He often talks to him self, acts crazy and thinks an evil organization is after him.
- Don't mess with Kurisu, or any of his lab members.
